Physical Therapy
At East West Wellness & Rehab, we believe in providing personalized, one-on-one care that puts your recovery and long-term wellness first. We are an out-of-network provider, as this allows us to:
- Spend more time with you (full 60 minute sessions with the physical therapist)
- Use a holistic, evidence-based approach - with a primary focus on manual therapy and functional activities related to your goals
- Create truly customized plans without insurance limitations
While we may be out-of-network, you may be eligible for reimbursement from your insurance provider. Many of our patients may get 50-80% covered. You can use the Insurance Verification Form to check your out-of-network coverage with your provider. If requested, we can provide a superbill for you to submit.

Have you been having trouble finding consistency in your workout routine? Work together with our physical therapist to tailor a new workout routine that is sustainable and suitable for your goals and busy schedule. Our 60 Minute personal training sessions are especially great for people wanting to return to exercises following an injury, but unsure and nervous on where to start. We'll go over proper body mechanics, safe progression of exercises, and review essential patient education like sleep hygiene, hydration, and stress management.
