What makes our program unique is that your Wellness Coach is also a licensed physical therapist. Her expertise in movement analysis, injury prevention, and rehabilitation makes this program especially ideal for anyone recovering from injury or feeling unsure about where to start.

 

Together, we’ll create a comprehensive, personalized plan to support your fitness and overall health. This includes proper body mechanics, safe exercise progressions, and patient education—plus guidance on sleep, hydration, and stress management to help you reach your fullest potential.

What to Expect During Your
Personal Training Program

After a complimentary consultation to review your fitness goals, our Wellness Coach will complete a movement assessment and prescribe a workout regimen to get you started and on track with your health goals. Whether it’s a full-body program to build strength, increase endurance, or improve flexibility, our Coach will help you achieve the most optimal results during each personal training session. Progress checks will be completed to assess what has been working well, to celebrate your results, and to set new goals.

Have Questions About Personal Training?

  • How do I know if I'm ready for personal training?

    The best time to begin personal training is when you are ready to take full responsibility for your health and tackle your fitness goals. Regardless of fitness level or if you feel out-of-shape, we will meet you where you are at and work together to create a program suitable for you. Our coach will help you stay accountable and encouraged throughout your fitness journey!

  • What can I expect during my first personal training session?

    To best prepare for your session, please complete the required online forms (link provided in your email). If you did not receive them or have any difficulty accessing the forms, feel free to contact us: [email protected]

    We also recommend wearing comfortable workout clothing, having a light meal, and staying well-hydrated prior to your appointment. Be sure to bring a water bottle and be ready to get a great workout in!

  • How long will it take until I see results?

    Your results will depend on your individual goals and level of commitment to the program. We’ll set goals to regularly assess your progress, and make adjustments as needed to keep you on track and moving forward.

  • How can I prepare for my first session?
